How to Add/Update/Delete Apartment Invoice Items

Society management can modify any bill at any time. We maintain complete history of modifications done by management.

Steps to modify a apartment invoice

  1. Opens bills from left menu > Payment Collection or selecting Dues button on apartment details page as given below.
  2. Open the bill you want to modify
  3. Click on bill item you want to modify. Please note you need to select Edit Bill option from menu if bill is not in Pending state
  4. Make required changes from the opened dialog and click ok. You can also delete the item from this dialog
  5. You can Add a new invoice Item by clicking “Click here to add new item”
  6. Click on Save on right top button once you are done with editing
