How to Modify an Existing Helpdesk Ticket?

To modify the details of the existing helpdesk ticket, follow the below steps:

1. In the App Dashboard, Go to Tickets.

2. Select the ticket from the list.


3. Open the ticket.
4. You can update Ticket Subject, Details, Add comments, and Attachments to the ticket.

5. Click on the Save  button when done.
