For Huawei Phones

  1. Go to Settings and select ‘Data Usage’. Uncheck ‘Restrict background data’ and go back to the home page.
  2. Go to Settings again and select ‘Protected Apps’ and switch on Neighbium App.
  3. Go to ‘Android Settings’ and select ‘Apps’. Then either select ‘Manage Apps’ for some users or ‘Signal’ for the others. Then check the ‘Show notifications’ option.

App notifications require an active Internet or data connection to a broadband (3G, 4G, or LTE) network, or a WiFi network. Many corporate WiFi networks impose restrictions or proxy servers that can interfere with your device’s connection to the Internet.
