- Go to Settings and select ‘Data Usage’. Uncheck ‘Restrict background data’ and go back to the home page.
- Go to Settings again and select ‘Protected Apps’ and switch on Neighbium App.
- Go to ‘Android Settings’ and select ‘Apps’. Then either select ‘Manage Apps’ for some users or ‘Signal’ for the others. Then check the ‘Show notifications’ option.
Note:
App notifications require an active Internet or data connection to a broadband (3G, 4G, or LTE) network, or a WiFi network. Many corporate WiFi networks impose restrictions or proxy servers that can interfere with your device’s connection to the Internet.
