There are multiple kinds of society permissions configured within the Society.
To change the Permission,
- Go to Dashboard at the ⋮ right top corner.
- Select Society Settings.
- Click on Settings Tab.
Permissions
- Allow Residents to View Other Members in Directory: Enable this Button if you want residents to view other members in the society.
- Allow Residents to Add New Staff: By Enabling this button residents can add staff in their own flat.
- Allow Tenants to view flat bills: By Enabling this button tenants can view bills raised for maintenance for their flats.
- Allow Members to remove vehicles with stickers. : By Enabling this button Residents can delete vehicles with stickers from their own flat.
- Allow Residents to use Intercom: By Enabling this button, residents can use the intercom to call other flat members without knowing their numbers.
- Accept Society Join Request: Enable this button if you want to allow members to send an external ‘Join society request‘. For instance, if new members come to a particular flat, they can download the App and send the Join Society request to the management committee. The management committee can accept/reject their request.
- Auto Add flat Members to Society: Enable this button if you allow members to add their apartment members in their Flat. Added members will become part of the society.
- Auto Remove Flat Members from Society: Enable this button if you allow members to remove members from their flat. Removed members will not be part of society after that.
- Tenant Should Have Rent Agreement: Management committee can enforce the policy on rented apartments where every Tenant needs to provide a Rent Agreement.
- Tenant Should Have Police Verification: Management committee can enforce the policy on rented apartments where every Tenant needs to provide a Police verification certificate.
Chat
- Enable Society Chat: Enable this button if you allow members to chat commonly.
- Allow owners to post in ‘My Society”: Enable this button if you allow owners of the flat to chat commonly.
- Allow tenants to post in ‘My Society”: Enable this button if you allow tenants of the flat to chat commonly, else they can only view the chat in ‘My Society’.
- Allow Residents to Create Chat Group: Enable this button if you allow members to create a group for any special messages to share. For instance, if any member wants to start any tuition classes for students they can create a group. Interested people will contact and chat in that group.
- Show Welcome Message When New Member Join: Enable this button to show welcome messages whenever new members join the society chat.
- Accept Inter-Society Chat Group Requests: Enable this button if you allow the other society or neighboring society if they are using neighbium application to chat with society members.
Society Help-Desk
- Allow Residents to Create a Help-Desk Ticket: Enable this button if you allow resident members to create a helpdesk ticket.
- Allow Residents to Create Community Ticket: Enable this button if you allow resident members to create a helpdesk ticket for the community.
- Allow Residents to Assign Ticket to Vendor: Enable this button if you allow resident members to assign tickets to the vendor.
- Allow Residents to Create Society Poll: Enable this button if you allow resident members to create a poll.
