How to Add Expenses in the App?

To add electricity expenses in the app or web, follow the below steps:

1. Go to Accounts Action Tab.
2. Click on Paid Electricity Bill icon.
3. Enter the amount as per the bill as seen in the below picture.

4. Enter the Vendor Name. In this case, enter the electricity board name and click Ok. You will see the below screen. Next step is to enter how we have made the payment for this expense.

5. Click on Click here to add payment in the payment details section. You will see the below screen. Enter the correct payment mode and click ok.

6. Add the electricity bill in the attachment section.

7. That’s It! Click on Save button on the top header to save the expense. The system will do expense entry automatically.
