1. In the App Dashboard, Go to Tickets.
2. Select the ticket from the list which needs to be assigned to the management committee members.
3. Open the ticket and in the Assigned To section, select the member from the list.
4. Click on Save button from the top header.
5. The system will send an email, SMS, and notification to the member to resolve the issue.
